All items on our site includes free delivery and free shipping globally, unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information are provided on all orders.

All our items are shipped with discreet packaging.
We generally first bubble wrap the item, to hide its shape and to offer extra protection. We then place that into a sealed, solid coloured, unbranded courier bag or box. This ensures that no one can tell what is inside.
Discreet item descriptions are used on delivery forms and labels - e.g. massager, shower head etc.
Your privacy is of the highest importance. If you have any special requests or privacy concerns - please let us know.

Our average delivery times are 1-2 weeks, from date of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the country, and in some cases, it could take up to 2-4 weeks, though most orders do arrive on the shorter end of that timeframe.
Delivery times and locations are mentioned on the product listings. Please review before purchase. We will also notify you of this once an order is made.
We won't be able to guarantee specific delivery times, as this varies depending on the delivery country, and how fast local customs process the order. But of course, we'll expedite whatever we can on our end to ensure that your order is delivered as swiftly as possible. If there are any issues at all, we're here to help!

We’re a UK-based business, but some of our products are shipped by our team in Asia. This helps us to be more efficient and to offer you more value.
The shipping location of all our products are mentioned on all listings. We will also notify you of the location and timings once an order is made.

There are generally no custom fees or import taxes with our orders, especially when you’re ordering small quantities and for personal use. We also take care of any customs requirements beforehand, so that there’s nothing required from you, and your order can arrive to your destination seamlessly.
*There may be exceptions to this, especially if you’re ordering to a country with generally strict import regulations. Where in doubt, please do double check local regulations.

We deliver to almost all countries around the world. Notably, United States, Canada, Mexico, Israel, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
We won’t be able to deliver to certain countries that prohibit or restrict the sale or import of intimate products. These include India and most Middle East countries, such as: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain etc.
We do not ship to countries that are prohibited from trade, as regulated by the UK and European Union.

At times, a postal service may transfer your order to a local pick-up point for collection, or to reschedule another date for delivery. This may occur when the address could not be located, or when no one is present at the address. Depending on the country, a notification would be sent to you, either from the local postal service or from us.
Please do ensure that your contact information is up to date when ordering, in case we need to contact you.

We partner with a network of international couriers to deliver our products by plane.
Once in the destination country, your order gets transferred to a local postal service for final delivery within country.

Tracking information is provided on all orders. Delivery journeys are tracked, recorded and confirmed once delivered. This minimizes the chance of lost or theft.
